Asana Setup & Cleanup

Your Asana should tell you what's happening.

If it's full of old tasks, duplicate projects, and fields nobody fills in, it's just one more thing to ignore. I clean it up or build it fresh, so you can see what's moving and what's stuck.

You don't need to be an Asana expert. You tell me how your business runs, and I build around that.

Not sure where to start, or need something that isn't listed? Book a free assessment. We talk through what you need, and I send you the scope and price in writing before I start.

How it works

  1. You tell me how work moves through your business, on a call or in writing.
  2. I map it into sections, fields, forms, and rules.
  3. I build it in your own Asana account.
  4. You get a short guide so your team knows how to use it.

You keep control

You invite me as a member or guest, and you can remove me the moment we're done. I never need your password. I build systems you'll keep using after I step back, so nothing depends on me to keep it running.

Good to know

Forms and rules need a paid Asana plan. Basic cleanup works on the free plan. I check your plan first and tell you up front if anything you want needs an upgrade.

I build from your existing process, so you don't need to fit a template. This works best for solo owners and teams of 1 to 10.

Moving from another tool, like Trello or Monday, and connecting Asana to other software get a separate quote. Ongoing Asana management after the build is quoted separately.

I'm not a licensed accountant or attorney, so I don't give accounting or legal advice. You buy any software plan you need.
