SOP Writing
If every question still comes back to you, your processes live in your head.
I write clear, step-by-step procedures in plain language, so your team can follow them without asking you. How a booking gets confirmed, how an invoice gets paid, how a new lead gets handled.
Not sure where to start, or need something that isn't listed? Book a free assessment. We talk through what you need, and I send you the scope and price in writing before I start.
How it works
- You walk me through the task once. That takes about 30 to 60 minutes, live or recorded. Rough notes help, but you don't need them.
- I write it up with numbered steps, a quality check, and what to do when something goes wrong.
- You test it. I revise until someone new can follow it without asking you anything.
- I deliver it in Google Docs, Word, or PDF. If you use Asana, I can turn it into task templates.
Every SOP includes
- Who owns it and what kicks it off
- The tools and templates it uses
- Numbered steps in plain language
- A "when things go wrong" table
- A revision log, so it stays current

Good to know
The format works for any repeatable task, like field service operations, onboarding, or client intake. If your work needs licensed expertise, like legal or medical steps, you supply that part.
Training courses, videos, and translations get a separate quote. Policy, legal, and compliance documents get a separate quote too.
I'm not a licensed accountant or attorney, so I don't give accounting or legal advice.
