Work

Real problems, fixed in ways the owner can keep up.

Here's what the work looks like in practice. I've left out names and details to protect the people involved.

Cleaning up a cluttered Asana workspace

The problem: The workspace was full of old tasks and duplicate projects. Nobody could tell what was real work and what was leftover.

What I did: I cleaned up a cluttered workspace and closed 23 duplicate or outdated tasks, so the open list matched real work.

The result: The team could open Asana and see what needed doing today.

Building a lead intake system

The problem: New leads came in through different places, with different details, and some slipped through.

What I did: I built lead intake workflows with required custom fields, a dashboard connected to QuickBooks, and a verified reference list the team checks every lead against.

The result: Every lead arrives with the same information, gets checked the same way, and doesn't get lost.

One scheduler for 4 brands and 9 accounts

The problem: Posting happened whenever someone remembered, across several brands and accounts.

What I did: I set up a single scheduling pipeline for 4 brands and 9 social accounts. I compared Buffer, Publer, and Metricool before choosing one, and I built a monthly content process that runs on a set day.

The result: Posts go out on schedule from one place, and new content gets loaded on the same day each month.

Taking back a buried inbox

The problem: Thousands of unread emails, with customer messages buried in the pile.

What I did: I reorganized a company Gmail account from top to bottom, and I manage the owner's email, replying and following up until each thread closes.

The result: Customer emails stop getting lost, and the owner starts each day with a short list of what needs a reply.
