How does the free assessment work?
We talk through what you need, and I send you the scope and price in writing before I start.
How do I know the price before I start?
Packages have fixed prices, listed on each service page. For anything else, I quote after a free assessment. You see the scope and the price in writing before I start.
How long does it take?
Each package lists its delivery time, like 3-Day Delivery.
Booking direct? Is there a discount?
Ask me about a direct-booking discount.
Can you work from my existing process?
Yes. Walk me through how things move today, and I'll build around that instead of forcing a template on you.
Where do you work?
I'm in Phoenix, Arizona, and I work with clients remotely.
What I do and don't do
Do you build websites or do SEO?
Yes. Ask me what that could look like for you.
Do you build AI tools?
I use ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot to move faster, and I stay in charge of the work. I don't build AI models or systems that run without a person.
Do you give accounting or legal advice?
No. I'm not a licensed accountant or attorney. If your project touches those areas, I'll help you find the right professional.
Do you run ads?
No. My social media work covers organic posting: setup, planning, and scheduling.
Do you create graphics?
I write posts and use your photos. I can make simple graphics, but custom design isn't part of the base packages.
Access and privacy
How do I give you access to my tools?
Invite me to your workspace as a member or guest. You keep full control and can remove me the moment we're done.
Do I have to share my passwords?
No. Never send passwords. Gmail and Outlook both offer delegate access, and I prefer to work that way. You can remove it with one click.
Will you delete my emails?
Not without your OK. I archive old mail so it stays searchable, and I check with you before anything gets deleted.
Packages
Do I need a paid plan for the tools?
Sometimes. Asana forms and rules need a paid plan, but basic cleanup works on the free plan. Many social media schedulers have free plans that cover a small business. I check first and tell you before we start if anything you want needs an upgrade.
What do you need from me for an SOP?
About 30 to 60 minutes to walk me through the process, live or recorded. Rough notes help, but you don't need them.
Can you write SOPs for my industry?
Most likely. The format works for any repeatable task. If your work needs licensed expertise, like legal or medical steps, you supply that part.
What format will my SOPs be in?
Google Docs, Word, or PDF. If you use Asana, I can also turn them into task templates.
Do you work in Outlook?
Yes. I use Outlook folders, rules, and Quick Parts templates the same way I use Gmail labels and filters.
